low price year round.layout average-very old homes on course some in poor condition.very crowded and very slow play during winter months because of price.rough was not cut last few times i played there if your shot was 1 foot off the fairway you could lose your ball.even if found next shot almost unplayable.

I live in Port Charlotte and for the summer months the price was reduced and course cant be beat! Conditions were hampered by the weeks of daily rain we had been having.
